We are excited to host another edition of Quarantine Kitchen with our partners at Bricoleur Vineyards! 

Participants can choose from two wine packages, which will be mailed to their homes in advance of the event along with an ingredients list and recipe card. Once you’ve purchased your ingredients, tune in on August 20 to prepare your delicious meal with Bricoleur Vineyard’s Executive Chef Shane McAnelly and other Make-A-Wish supporters!

For this edition of Quarantine Kitchen, Chef Shane McAnelly will be preparing a late-summer feast of roasted salmon, creamed corn, and a cherry tomato and cucumber salad. 

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1-1.5 lbs of salmon filet, cut into 4 pieces (ask the fish counter to remove the pin bones)
  • 4 ears of corn 
  • ½ cup of heavy cream 
  • 2 tablespoons of butter 
  • 1 teaspoon of fish sauce 
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes 
  • 1 medium sized summer squash 
  • ¼ cup of parsley leaves 
  • 2 medium cucumbers 
  • 1 bunch red radishes 
  • ½ cup of Greek yogurt 
  • ¼ cup of mint leaves 
  • ¼ cup of dill 
  • ¼ cup of basil 
  • 1 lemon 
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil 
  • Kosher salt to taste 
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
