Annual Meeting 2020: The Road to Reemergence
At Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area, we’ve had to put more than 200 local wishes on hold. However, our mission has never been on hold. Although this time is challenging, it’s also an opportunity to think creatively about our wish granting, invite more partners into our work, and look for new ways to bring hope and joy to our wish kids and their families.
As we look toward our reemergence, we need your help! More than ever, your insight is essential as we work to ensure that no child waits even a day longer than necessary to receive a life-changing wish.
On Thursday, September 24 at 5 p.m. We will gather (virtually, of course!) to reflect on the challenges of fiscal year 2020, share inspirational stories from those who have helped bring hope to our wish kids during these tough times, and strategize as to how we can innovate rapidly to grant wishes in new ways now—and into the future.
At Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area, we’re used to finding a way to shine a bright light during dark times. With the collective willpower and resiliency of our community, I know that we can achieve real transformation and emerge with an even stronger commitment to our mission.
Registration is complimentary; feel free to invite a friend to learn more about our work!
