YPAC assists the Make-A-Wish® Board, Executive Director, and Staff by acting as ambassadors for the chapter through fundraising and advocacy activities.

The Young Professional Advisory Council (YPAC) is a significant resource to Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area, its Board of Directors and the children they serve. YPAC assists the Board, Executive Director, and Staff by acting as ambassadors for Make-A-Wish through fundraising, promotion, networking, volunteering, and general advocacy of our mission: To grant wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The council is made up of professionals under 45 years old who are passionate about being active and philanthropic members of their community.
